Brief info

I currently reside in a suburb of Detroit Michigan which is where I was born. I come from a large family of ten siblings. We were taught to work hard, continue your education, and treat everyone right!
I am fortunate to have experienced many career opportunities ranging from retail to manufacturing. I was employed by General Motors over 40 years. I served as a UAW International Union Representative for 14 of those years During my tenure I held numerous leadership positions, both appointed and elected. I have served as National Vice President of the Coalition of Labor Union Women (CLUW) for four years. I was elected National President of Coalition of Labor Union Women at the Biennial Convention in 2013. I participate in my church with the Mission and Youth departments. I love to watch movies and HGTV!
I enjoy creating campaign literature for candidates seeking elected positions, within their community and union. I also consult, coach and encourage others to help them realize their ideas and the potential of achieving their dreams.
My goal is to encourage young people to lead through mentorship and most importantly by example!
I am excited and honored to serve as a board member of Mold-EN our Youth for A Brighter Future, Inc, because I have always championed young people through educational encouragement. Serving as a board member will allow me to continue to act upon my passion to inspire and mold our future leaders!
