Ann Bennett has a reputation of selfless service to family and community.
Ann has worked for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a Benefits Specialist since 2015. Prior to her work in the civilian sector, Ann retired from the United States Army in 2011 after serving 20 years of honorable service that included three tours in Saudi Arabia and two tours in Iraq. Her assignment as a Drill Sergeant equipped her to lead others with integrity and precision.
In 2005, Ann’s passion to serve was super-ignited when she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. She is currently enrolled in Biblical Studies at Life Christian University in Lutz, Florida. Ann is an active member of New Walk Church, Zephyrhills, Florida where she serves as a Greeter.
Ann is an Executive Board Member for Women of Endurance, Power, and Authority (WEPA) Ministries, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help women know they have God-given value and purpose in life. She expertly plans production and serves (last 18 months) as Lead Host for monthly ministry fellowships (virtual and on-site).
Ann earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University. She is married to Lee with two sons, Stephone and Jacob, and five beautiful grandchildren.
